We offer real time shipping rates depending on your address. At the checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated. Hermes is our Domestic partner and DHL our International delivery partner.
I didn't receive my order confirmation or tracking number, where can I find it?

Will I have to pay any duties on top of my International order?
Customers have the option to pay Taxes & Duties before hand or upon arrival, but some countries do require it beforehand.
Upon delivery, if you do not pay Hermes the Taxes & Duties due by your countries customs office your order will be forfeited and not refunded. Please send us an email with any questions regarding International shipping charges you're unsure about.
My item is lost in the mail, what do I do?
